Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments are otherwise non-refundable, except for billing errors.

Cancelling

  1. 1Go to Billing in the app.
  2. 2Choose Cancel renewal.
  3. 3Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then won't renew. You won't be charged again.

Refunds

  • Subscription payments, including annual plans and renewals, are non-refundable, and we don't refund partly used periods.
  • We do refund duplicate charges, charges made after you cancelled, and other billing errors in full. Email us within 30 days of the charge.
  • AI credit packs are non-refundable once any of the credits have been used.
  • Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, normally within 5 to 7 business days of approval, depending on your bank.

Where your local consumer law gives you a right to cancel or a refund that this policy doesn't, that right applies. To ask for a refund, email hello@celestris.pro with your account email and the payment date.

Delivery

Lightng CRM is software delivered online. Access starts as soon as payment is confirmed, and nothing is shipped.
